Skilled in Budget management, Forecasting, Process Control, Sales, Marketing, Control Systems Design, Strategic Planning, Coaching and Mentoring. Strong information technology professional with a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Houston.

Teresa Robertson

Chief Financial Officer
Teresa is responsible for the Accounting and Finance, Human Resources and General Administration for the global Optimal organization. Teresa joins Optimal after 27 years of practicing as a Certified Public Accountant in manufacturing, distribution, oil and gas, working in industrial markets in North and South America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Africa. She has also worked the last 10 years as an educator in higher education in the fields of Accounting and Finance. She continually remains focused on Corporate Results, Budget Preparation and Forecasting, Corporate Financial Reporting & Analysis, Process Improvements, and System Implementations.

Richard Muniz

Advanced Solutions Director
Richard leads the advanced solutions business for Optimal. The business assists our customers in leveraging advanced technologies to drive value in their businesses. Richard is a software engineer who has been working in the operational technology sector for over 15 years. He has been involved on a variety of projects including industrial cyber security, industrial/building automation, enterprise asset management, ICT, cloud solutions, software development, IT, business intelligence, data management and industrial operations solutions. Richard is a technology evangelist and is passionate about learning new technologies and taking that knowledge to his team and customers.

Ken Twedt

OT Digital Transformation Manager
Ken is responsible for the client partnership development and the jointly defined commercial strategies to meet the business outcomes. He is the focal point for collaboration and teamwork across all participating partners to manage the change and complexity associated with operational technology transformation. Ken joins Optimal after 31 years with Honeywell’s process solutions business having held roles in field engineering, services management, business development and sales & sales management, working in industrial markets throughout Asia Pacific, North and South America, Europe and Saudi Arabia.
